We are a privately owned dental office in Needville, TX, looking for a Dental Assistant to join our enthusiastic professional team. Our established dental office is seeking a highly driven, goal-oriented and organized individual to assist clinically.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling appointments
Assisting chairside
Taking records, photos and x-rays
Assisting with lab tasks as needed
Utilizing advanced technology for patient care

Requirements:

Dental experience preferred
Be able to multitask and be flexible
Excellent communication skills
Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed
Strong communicator and problem solver
Expert follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and manage time in accordance to needs
Strong organizational skills
High level of discretion
Spanish speaking a plus

Full Time Position
Compensation: $18-20 hr. based on experience
Benefits: Dental Care for Employee and Family, PTO, Paid Vacation, Paid Holiday's and Monthly Bonus Pay
Schedule: 9 Hr. work days, 4 day work weeks, rotating schedule with alternating 4 days off every other weekend, no nights or weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
