Our growing dental practice has a need for an Dental Assistant that takes pride in providing quality patient care, while treating patients with the kindness and compassion they deserve.

Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple tasks
Provide best in class patient care
Clean and sterilize instruments, operatory and lab
Keep abreast and follow of OSHA regulations
Keep sterilization room organized
Enter complete treatment plan into each chart
Prepare impressions and/or models for the lab
Make temporaries
Make custom trays
Maintain all lab supplies and equipment in an orderly, clean condition
Promote treatment plans and encourage patient to accept treatment
Check that treatment rooms are ready, stocked, and clean at the beginning of each appointment
Anticipate and assist Dentist needs at all times
Accurately chart all procedures, record date, and services rendered
Answering a multi-line phone system
Greeting/welcoming patients
Confirming upcoming appointments
Maintain an outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude with patients and team member at all times
Maintain a clean and uncluttered environment in the work space
Contribute to team culture
Combine efficiency, productivity, and empathy for patients in all actions
Demonstrate exceptional human relation skills
Dress according to office policy
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Other related duties as assigned

Candidates must be motivated and passionate about dentistry and willing to learn and adapt to the protocols and high standards of Magnolia Dental. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

One (1) year of Dental Assisting experience required
Radiology certification
Dental assistant certification preferred
Coronial polish certification preferred
Dentrix Ascend experience is preferred
Positive attitude
Desire to learn and grow
Demonstrate accuracy in spelling and basic math
Speak, understand, and write grammatically correct English
