Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our friendly dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health. Our compensation package will include a monthly bonus based off total office productivity.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to capture high-quality radiographs as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Uphold aseptic techniques and maintain a clean and safe working environment within the clinic.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred, with familiarity in pediatric dentistry considered a plus.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health, along with proficiency in dental terminology.
Experience with medical imaging technology is beneficial for this role.
A background in dental assisting may enhance your candidacy but is not required.
