Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at a reputable dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in various dental procedures and possess a strong knowledge of dental terminology.
Duties- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort- Sterilize instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental X-rays- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing processes- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
Experience- Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is required- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, 3D scanning technology, aseptic techniques, and endodontics is preferred- Proficiency in using dental software systems and managing dental reception duties- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards- Experience with general dentistry practices is a plus
