Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. 3 days/week( Monday, Wednesday and Saturday). Our office is located near to the beautiful Lake Elisabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists with various procedures, including pediatric dental care, ensuring the highest level of patient comfort and safety.
-Welcome and seating patients- Monitor vital signs and medical imaging equipment to ensure compliance with infection control protocols.- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to strict infection control standards.- Perform tasks as directed by the dentist or hygienist, including sterilizing equipment and preparing treatment rooms.
Qualifications:
- X-ray certificate required.- Completion of a dental assisting program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Strong knowledge of dental systems and the ability to quickly learn new technology.- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to accurately document patient information.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing situations.- Strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach to care.- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of infection control and adhering to all relevant regulations.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
