Responsibilities:

Assist during dental and oral surgery procedures, anticipating provider needs
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and disinfect instruments, and maintain infection control protocols
Take and process X-rays safely and accurately
Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene
Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant records
Ensure clinical spaces are organized and stocked

#INDDENTAL Requirements:
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a dental assistant
At least 1 year of oral surgery experience
Sedation certification preferred but willing to send assistant to sedation courses to obtain certification
X-Ray certification required
Experience with dental implants preferred
Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
