Smiles Plus Dental Care in Woodbury, MN is looking to add a Dental Therapist or Advanced Dental Therapist to its dental team! We want you to join out friendly, patient centered, progressive, and skilled team! Dr. Ryan Pfundheller of Smiles Plus Dental Care utilizes the skills and knowledge of the Dental Therapist to provide excellent dental care.

We are looking for someone:
We are looking for your expertise and cheerful personality to help provide integrated care for our wonderful patients. You must:

Possess a current Dental Therapy license or Advanced Dental Therapy experience
Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct patient care, including performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics as needed.
Have great communication skills
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
Have the ability to think outside the box
Be goal oriented
Is positive and likes to have FUN
Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service
Be willing to see what needs to be done and do it
Ability to work cooperatively with doctor and team
Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image
The desire to build long lasting relationships with patients

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
