Job Description
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. The Dentist will also utilize advanced systems such as CAD and Curve for efficient patient management and documentation.
*Duties*
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
- Provide preventative care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and implement best practices in the clinic.
- Manage pediatric patients with a gentle approach to ensure their comfort during treatments.
*Requirements*
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in general dentistry practices; experience in pediatrics, endodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication is preferred.
- Familiarity with Curve or similar dental management software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
