We are looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator with an energetic, professional attitude, and exceptional people skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling treatment, presenting treatment, collecting payments, and following up with patients. We are seeking a candidate who can work independently as well as with other team members, and must be organized and capable of multitasking. Great communications skills and empathy in dealing with customers is required. An ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and be trustworthy and dependable. Excellent compensation for those who meet these qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients with warm hospitality upon check in.
Provide patient education regarding all treatment options
Provide a great experience for the patient at all times.
Have excellent positive and cheerful attitude and team spirit.
Handle new patient incoming telephone call and answer common questions to provide superior customer service.
Collect patient co-pays upon check out and set up next appointment and review establish financial arrangement.
Contribute to positive team culture and provide team feedback to make the team stronger.
Maintain a productive schedule that meets production goals, and following up with unscheduled patients either by email, phone, or office text.

A minimum of 1 year front desk Dental experience is required for serious consideration. Salary is negotiable based on experience and job related skills. .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 ââ¬â 38 per week
