Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic by providing support to the dentist and delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and organize treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using Dentrix
Perform basic dental procedures including taking medical imaging, managing sterilization of instruments, and applying aseptic techniques.
Monitor patients and provide comfort during treatments.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix is highly desirable.
Knowledge of dental radiography and licensed to take dental radiographs.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to perform tasks efficiently while adhering to aseptic techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 ââ¬â 40 per week
