Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with the dental team to deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health practices, and assist in creating a welcoming environment for all.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments to maintain patient oral health.
Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical history.
Utilize dental imaging techniques to capture necessary diagnostic images
Review documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of patient treatments and progress.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Skills
Proficient in dental hygienist techniques and practices.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dental care.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on comfort and education.
Ability to perform documentation review accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and assessment procedures.
Experience with medical imaging technologies is advantageous.
