Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and infection control.
Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Conduct patient assessments to identify oral health issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
Maintain accurate medical records using Curve Dental software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in four-handed dentistry procedures alongside the dentist to enhance patient comfort and efficiency.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure infection control within the dental clinic.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
