Responsibilities Include:

Performing a variety of expanded functions, including placing restorations, sealants, and coronal polishing
Assisting the dentist with pediatric procedures
Taking x-rays, charting, and maintaining accurate patient records
Educating patients and parents about oral hygiene
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited EFDA program
Valid EFDA certification and Tennessee dental assistant license
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
CPR certification
Proficiency in radiography and electronic health records
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

Certification in sealants or coronal polishing
Previous pediatric dentistry experience is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
