Job Description
Job SummaryAs a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting dental care delivery and ensuring a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and providing chair-side support to patients.
Duties- Assist dentists in various procedures- Utilize Dentrix for patient charting and scheduling- Take vital signs and prepare patients for treatments- Operate 3D scanners and assist with medical imaging- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills- Proficiency in dentistry techniques- Familiarity with Dentrix for dental practice management- Experience working with patients- Ability to operate 3D scanners for dental imaging (trios)- Competence in taking vital signs accurately- Knowledge of medical documentation practices and HIPAA compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
