Job Description
Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking X-rays, and applying fluoride treatments- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health and identify any signs of disease or abnormalities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Dentrix, or other dental practice management systems- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles and practices- Proficiency in using Dentrix or other dental practice management systems- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
