Job Description
Job SummaryTeam oriented general dentist seeking temporary hygienist with exceptional clinical and communication skills combined with a warm personality.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and oral examinations.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
Provide preventive dental care, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Document patient information accurately using Eaglesoft or similar dental software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain sterilization of instruments.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before patient discharge.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
ExperienceLicense and Registered to practice dental hygiene in CT.
Dates Available:
Friday 11/22 11:00a-5pm, Wednesday 11/27 9:00a-2pm, Wednesday 12/18 12:00p-6pm, Friday 12/20 9:00a-5pm, Friday 12/27 9:00-5pm. NOTE: Jan. & Feb 2025 hours available.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
