Qualifications:
To apply, candidates must have:

Certification by an accredited pediatric dental residency.
An Arizona Dental License, or be willing to attain one.
Certification in oral conscious sedation.
Availability to see patients during set office hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

Guaranteed Daily Minimum Salary of $1,400 for 1 year.
Opportunity for SIGN ON RETENTION BONUS

Fantastic live-work balance—see patients 3 to 4 days a week; NO SATURDAYS EVER.
Easily earn an average daily income of $1,700 + ; Yearly compensation of $300K+ for just a couple days a week.
Mostly fee-for-service or PPO demographics.
Company-sponsored insurance consulting team to negotiate and optimize for the highest levels of reimbursement.
In-house moderate conscious sedation and general anesthesia offered to patients.
Opportunity for mentorship for recently graduated pediatric dental residents or any experienced pediatric dentist interested in exploring new opportunities.
