Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, focusing on preventive measures and patient education. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and documenting vital signs.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with dental standards.
Assist in the management of patient records using Eaglesoft
Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Provide support during dental procedures as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Experience in general dentistry is preferred but not required.
Strong skills in patient assessment and documentation review.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices and infection control measures.
Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy clinical setting.

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
