Position
Dental Receptionist
Monday-Friday hours from 7:00am -3:00 pm
Location
Periodontal and Implant Dental Practice in Alexandria, VA
Requirements
1-2 years experience working the front desk in a dental, medical, or other health-care office
Computer skills and experience working with Microsoft applications
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA regulations
Strong communication skills
Can work well within a dental team
Responsibilities The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Excellent customer service skills
Greet patients with a smile and checking in/out upon arrival/dismissal
Answer telephones
Schedule appointments
Manage daily, weekly, monthly schedule
Confirm Appointments
Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointments
Post charges and payments to patient accounts
Check and respond to voicemails daily
Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
