Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on weekends.
FT/ Part Time/ Single Day/ Half Day work.

Duties- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays, CBCT Scan) as needed.- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and insurance verification using systems like Open Dental- Stay updated on medical terminology related to dentistry, including endodontics and medical imaging.
Experience- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open Dental- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and imaging techniques is beneficial.- Experience in pediatrics or working with children in a dental setting is a plus.- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
