What You’ll Do:

Assist the dental team during procedures and exams, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Take and develop X-rays, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventative practices.
Help manage appointments and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
Adhere to all infection control protocols and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Support a range of dental procedures, including endodontics, cosmetic treatments, and restorative care.

What We’re Looking For:

At least two years of experience in a dental assistant role.
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred, but not required.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
Experience with dental software (such as Epic or similar) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first attitude.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding care.
