We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting and possess knowledge of various dental procedures and terminology.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Prepare patients for dental work- Take and develop dental x-rays- Manage medical records and documentation- Utilize 3D scanners for digital impressions- Provide chairside assistance for prosthodontic and endodontic procedures- Perform four-handed dentistry techniques efficiently- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry- Ability to handle medical documentation accurately- Proficiency in handling 3D scanners and other dental equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week
