Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a friendly and professional environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with patients to ensure their dental hygiene needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Perform dental cleanings and assist with procedures under the supervision of the dentist- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques- Take dental x-rays- Maintain and update patient medical records- Administer local anesthetics- Conduct oral cancer screenings
Experience:- Previous experience in dentistry is preferred- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software systems- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
