Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and professional RDH who is looking for a low-stress and drama free family practice to provide dental hygiene care from Monday to Thursday; 8 am to 4pm. No weekends. No evenings. No sales. No micromanagement.
Get paid by the patient instead of by the hour! We are offering 40 dollars per patient visit completed, or 40 dollars per quadrant scaled. You decide how much time you need. Have a full schedule from day one. We offer paid time off, 401(k) plan with employer matching, and paid holidays. We are a small but busy and efficient practice. We like to run on time and provide a comfortable experience for our patients. We do not have any quotas to fill, and put patients ahead of numbers.
