We are seeking a PRN Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care!

In this role, you would support our dental team by providing preventative and therapeutic services, educate patients on oral health, and help to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Performs proper administration of local anesthesia.
· Performs scaling, root-planning, and full mouth debridement.
· Performs proper recording of probing and charting.
· Uses proper technique while taking radiographs, including exposing and developing radiographs.
· Performs the application of topical fluoride.
· Performs oral hygiene instructions and patient education.
· Performs instrument sterilization, instrument conditioning, operatory disinfections, and operatory inventory.
· May assist the Dentist in Phase I Dentistry.
· Performs functions related to clerical duties, progress notes, encounter forms, appointment schedule, referrals, and internal reports.
· Follows laws and statues related to the practice of Dental Hygiene in the state of KY.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
Maintain a current Kentucky Dental Hygienist license.
Local Anesthesia permit.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
