Dr. Micah Bickel at Phinney Ridge Dental, a partner at Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a talented and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join his team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
$5k sign on bonus offered. Dr. Bickel offers competitive pay and benefits. The hourly wage range for this position is $65 - $75+/hr. dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
Take and record radiographic images.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
