At Pleasant View Smiles, we are seeking a Dental Assistant to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Pleasant View, TN. Experience working with speciality previosuly is preferred.

Schedule:


Tuesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday 7:30am- 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):


Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient
Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
Develop a relationship with the patient.
Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant and speciality expereince highly preferred
High school diploma or GED.
Other certifications as required by the state of TN
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Dental Softwares as Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
