Job Description

Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take digital dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for home care- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories in electronic systems such as Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
Experience:
- Prefer (1) years of experience as a dental hygienist- Proficiency in using dental practice management systems such as Open Dental- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 31 – 40 per week
