We are looking for Mondays 7am - 4pm but are open to any another day, this position could also lead into more days in the future!
As a Dental Hygienist for Mount Vernon Dental Smiles, you will play a vital role in providing quality preventive dental care to our patients. We have an incredible team, great patients, all digital technology, a full benefits package, and very competitive pay! Come join our team!!

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting our dentists in providing comprehensive dental services.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapies
Conduct patient assessments and take medical histories
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality care
Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Valid Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
