Job Description

Job OverviewWe are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our pateints, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area.
Provide information about services offered and respond to client questions.
Support other team members with various tasks as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental front desk or receptionist role is required.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry and organizational duties.
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
Familiarity with medical receptionist responsibilities is advantageous.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
