Job Description

WHAT WE OFFER:

2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists
Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day
We do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices
Starting base pay between $43-50/hr *based on experience and skill set
We pay to laser certify all our hygienists
Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor
Our hygienists have daily production compensation
No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation
Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays
Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienist to make more than $55-$65/hr
