Responsibilities
Drive Lead Generation and Sales: Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales by identifying and connecting with dental practices that would benefit from our solutions.
Engage Through Warm and Outbound Calling: Use warm calling to nurture relationships with interested leads and outbound calling to reach new potential clients, expanding Torch Dental's footprint in the industry.
Communicate Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and ensure customers see Torch Dental as a top choice for procurement.
Customer Relationship Management: Track interactions and follow-ups using Salesforce to maintain accurate records and foster long-term client relationships.
Collaborate on Growth Strategies: Work closely with the sales team to brainstorm and implement strategies that align with our growth goals, adapting to industry trends and client feedback.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial outreach to post-sale follow-up, providing consistent support to help them maximize Torch Dentalââ¬â¢s platform.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on dental industry trends to proactively identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience of 3+ years or more in sales or business development is required; experience with technical sales, especially in the dental or healthcare industry, is a strong plus.
Salesforce or CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce or similar tools for tracking client information and managing customer relationships.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present information confidently and clearly.
Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented: Able to work independently on tasks while thriving in a team environment to contribute to overall sales objectives.
Detail-Oriented and Organized: Excellent attention to detail, especially in record-keeping and following through on customer interactions.
Sales Savvy: Demonstrated skills in warm and outbound calling with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
