Come join the Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry team in Post Falls, ID—we’re all about brightening children’s smiles and making dental visits a positive experience! We’re looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant who’s enthusiastic about working with kids and can travel weekly between our locations in Post Falls, and Hayden.

What We’re Looking For:


4+ years of experience or certification from dental assistant school
Previous leadership experience is a major plus
BLS/CPR Certified (we’ll cover your annual recertification fees)
Familiarity with practice management software (Open Dental a plus)
A team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to grow
Someone who aligns with our mission, vision, and values
