Job Description
Job Title: Dentist Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6+ Months Must have an active Florida Dental License Description: FL-DOH-Duval County-Dentist - 2-3 days per week DOH-Duval County-Dentist Work Environment: Dental Center Computer Software: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System) Dress Code: Medical Scrubs Candidate Responsibilities:
Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required:
1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
Educational Requirement:
DDS or DMD degree
Active Florida Dental License
