Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with scheduling and billing as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Proficiency in dental terminology and assisting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, records, and documentation
Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, with a strong background in patient care within a dental office or clinic setting.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
