Job Summary
Beaver Creek Endodontics is searching for a full-time dental assistant to join our team. We are a small endodontic office that has the privilege of serving as the Eagle Countyâs local root canal specialist. Our office is located in Edwards, Colorado in the heart of the Vail Valley. We are a small team, an office of three individuals, and are looking for the right candidate to join us. The upmost priority is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to professionalism. While experience is preferred, we are willing to work with and train the right candidate.
We are searching for a full-time member of the team. Expected work hours will be approximately 40 hours a week over four days. As an endodontic clinic, we frequently accommodate emergency patients so flexibility is desirable. Benefits, after a period of employment, include Holiday pay, twelve days of paid time off, health insurance, and a 401K plan with employer matching contributions.

Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
Maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and proper medical documentation.
Operate dental equipment including 3D scanners for imaging and diagnostics.
Perform sterilization of instruments and adhere to aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment.
Assist in endodontic procedures by preparing materials and instruments as required.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with relevant training will be considered.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices, including endodontics, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using dental technology such as 3D scanners is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
