Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health.
Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Take and develop dental x-rays
Maintain patient records accurately
Administer fluoride treatments
Sterilize dental instruments
Conduct preliminary dental exams
Experience
Previous experience in dental assisting
Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus
Knowledge of medical coding and HIPAA regulations
Strong understanding of dental terminology
Ability to assist in various dental office tasks
Experience with medical imaging techniques
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
