Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant at our practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring that each patient has a positive, comfortable experience. You will assist in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to help provide excellent care in a modern dental setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and sterilize instruments, dental materials, and operatory rooms
Assist the dentist during procedures and diagnostic tasks
Maintain patient comfort and communicate effectively to explain procedures and instructions
Take and record patient medical histories
Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients
Maintain accurate patient records
Help manage patient flow and keep the treatment area organized and clean
Assist with administrative tasks and patient communications as needed

Qualifications:

Current Dental Assistant certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well with patients and a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Dentrix systems is a plus
