Job Description

Looking for someone to join our dental family!! We are a private, patient centered, General Dental practice.
Duties:

Provide dental health care information to patients about their gingiva and diet.
Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth by scaling and polishing.
Perform periodontal probings and help determine patient’s periodontal status and treatment they will need.
Maintain patient’s dental records and updating their medical records.
Apply sealants and fluoride to help protect teeth.
Take and read dental radiographs.
Assess patient’s oral health and report findings to dentist.
Clean and set-up operatory and instruments to maintain a sterile environment.
Present and review treatment plans with patients.

Skills:

Registered Dental Hygienist with Active License.
Proficient in using dental software (Dentrix and Dexis)
Personable with patients to ensure their comfort.

Salary: $45-50/ hr
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Will consider part-time also

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
