Pay
We offer our dentists an aggressive pay scale of 40% daily charges. We are out-of-network with all insurance plans, except Delta Premier, which allows for greater pay.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene and health.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using the dental software Dentrix .
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice as appropriate.
Manage patients with patience and understanding, providing a positive experience for patients in the dental chair.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Skills
Proficiency in General Dentistry practices with knowledge in Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and Restorative Dentistry.
Strong understanding of Medical Terminology and Anatomy knowledge relevant to dental health.
Familiarity with medical documentation processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Experience using dental software such as Dentrix for patient management is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all procedures.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 ââ¬â 36 per week
