Job Description
We are a privately owned single doctor practice located in southern Fort Collins, Colorado. Our doctor is expecting her first baby at the end of January 2025. We are looking for a compassionate, patient centered, team orientated dentist to hold down the fort while our doctor focuses on her family for between 8 - 12 weeks.
This office is a bread-and-butter general dental office. Our doctor mostly performs fillings, crown/bridge, and removable procedures. However she also does perform extractions as well as pre-molar forward endodontics.
We have two full time hygienists, two full time dental assistants (+1 part time), and two full time front desk team members. You would be responsible for performing routine hygiene exams, and performing general dental procedures. We are open Monday - Thursday from 8am - 5pm, and Friday from 8am - 3pm. We use Dentrix.
We are happy to find the right person for maternity coverage only, however, our doctor would eventually like to find a second like-minded doctor to share the week with at her practice. This could be a great opportunity to test out our office community to see if it might be a good long term fit.
What is most important to us is that we find a doctor who places high value on both the team and patient experience. We value quality care over quantity of procedures. However, this is a fairly busy office with opportunity for a competitive production bonus.
We would prefer to find one doctor to cover all days of the week for the duration of our doctor's maternity leave, however we can be flexible.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $650.00 - $800.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 ââ¬â 32 per week
