Duties

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment to enhance patient care.
Utilize medical coding systems for accurate billing and insurance claims processing.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry by adapting techniques for younger patients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dental office to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficiency in medical coding and understanding of insurance processes.
Experience in assisting during dental procedures, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques to improve efficiency during treatments.
Familiarity with managing medical records and patient information systems.
