Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have expertise in various dental procedures. This role requires proficiency in both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care in a comfortable environment.
Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
Execute a range of dental procedures including but not limited to root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and dental fabrication.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Utilize Eaglesoft for patient management, scheduling, and record keeping.
Conduct medical imaging as necessary to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the state.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures, including root canal therapy and prosthodontics.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software for efficient practice management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.

Pay: $192,320.00 - $250,452.00 per year
