Job SummaryWe are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures. You will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and educating patients about proper dental hygiene practices.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and oral examinations.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and clean environment during procedures.
Apply infection control protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene in the dental clinic.
Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth using appropriate tools and techniques.
Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records in Eaglesoft or similar software.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while assisting other dental professionals.
Certification as a Dental Hygienist and current state licensure are required.
