Job Description
Advanced Dentistry of Alhambra is seeking to hire a talented and knowledgeable dental hygienist to join our team. We need someone skilled in teeth cleaning but also passionate about patient education and oral health. Our office is equipped with new technology, and we offer extensive restorative options, but our dentists truly believe that preventive care and dental education create a solid foundation for good oral health. This is a part-time position for Monday, Wednesday and Friday but soon to be full time position with full package of employee benefits. You will have the support of the entire team and the help of our experienced dental hygienist and dental assistants to ensure your success.
Requirements:
-RDH license valid in California
-One year of experience
Daily duties:
-Prophylaxis
-Scaling and root planning
-Taking digital x-rays and intraoral photos
-Fluoride application
-Patient education
-Soft tissue/periodontal maintenance
-Laser treatment for periodontal pockets
