We take great pride in being an amazing place to work! Before you take a job at a ââ¬Åcorporateââ¬Â office because you want stability, please take into account that we have grown over 20% for the last 10 years by keeping our dentists happy!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a general dentist in either our Eugene or Springfield office. The Dentist will be responsible for providing dental care to patients, including performing examinations and diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and conducting procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals. The Dentist will also educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care, collaborate with the dental team on patient care plans, and ensure the highest standard of dental care is delivered.

Our compensation is easy to calculate. You will start with a $10,000 signing bonus ($5,000 at first pay period, $5,000 after 12 months). We provide all the necessary roles to help you succeed, including assistants, schedulers, billing/collection, and marketing. We average over 300 new patients per month, and have for the last 2 years. No matter what your experience, we put patients in the chair for you, and provide training for all the equipment we utilize to take the best care of them. We pay a base of $160,000.
