Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth
Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation review
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist
Experience in a dental office setting preferred
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment
Proficiency in documentation review and maintaining medical records
Understanding of infection control procedures within a clinical environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
