Modern office setting
```Duties```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Take and develop dental X-rays- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Perform basic lab tasks, such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns
```Experience```- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus- Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures- Ability to use CAD software for designing dental restorations is a bonus- Understanding of medical coding and billing practices- Skilled in taking vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to aseptic techniques
