Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.- Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care,- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all procedures.- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient care efficiency.- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options available.Experience- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.- Valid state dental license with the ability to perform all necessary procedures independently.- Familiarity with dental terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation processes is essential.- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per day
