Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time (3 days per week); Monday to Wednesday, with occasional Thursdays as needed.
Compensation: 27% of production or $800/day (whichever is higher), averaged out over the month. This compensation model ensures a reliable income with the potential for increased earnings based on performance.
Benefits:
5 PTO days per year (including sick days), paid at the $800 daily rate.
6 additional unpaid vacation days per year.
Annual take-home compensation typically averages around $215,000+ based on a 3-day workweek.
